Gita Chapter 10 - Yoga

- Krishna lists out the various creations and its source, His manifestations, glories, brilliance and His Supreme nature.


1. Loving wholeheartedly is good if it is supported by listening, understanding things in all reverence.

2. The prime cause in all aspects of divinities and seers must be understood before following.

3. If one knows that God's incarnation is for righteousness, there will be no confusions and misfortunes.

4. Do’s in lives are intelligence, wisdom, truth, forgiveness, self-control, calmness and good judgment.

5. Dont’s in life are egotism, harmful, violence, anger, mendacity, self-indulgence, retaliation, and fear.

6. Sages must not only practice Dharma the divine law but also preach them with proper guidance.

7. Perfect peace is possible when proper understanding and unwavering loyalty of yoga is practiced.

8. The people of wise nature agree with unchanging mind, on the fact of creation in this universe .

9. Constant exclusive attention on Truth is always rewarded with delightful, contented and peaceful life.

10. Dedication in sincere meditation is ever rewarded with the power of wisdom automatically.

11. Whenever God dwells in hearts, ignorance is removed completely, and the light of wisdom shines.

12. Highly respected and truthful persons appreciate the original divinity spread through out as Supreme.

13. Great sages and seers act as catalyst to preach divine Dharma and Truth to the ordinary human beings.

14. Facts are directly put forth by Great personalities with firm belief and in good faith.

15. Person who knows on the glory and virtue of Truth can understand correctly, unlike by ordinary men.

16. It is better to know in detail about the origin, of Supreme in order to understand the fame easily.

17. The various stages to get knowledge on Truth are to be analyzed and learnt in depth, to flourish in life.

18. Yoga and Power of God is like Nectar that gives most happiness in listening to them.

19. The limitless praises of Truth are great and may find difficult to give a resume by the same Truth.

20. The beginning, middle and the end of beings present in everyone's heart is the omnipresent GOD only.

21. The creation, source and the most powerful things present in the universe must be known to everyone.

22. The foremost in studies, divinities, senses and beings are possible only by the most supreme person.

23.'Meru 'among mountains, 'Kubera 'among rich, 'Vasus 'among fire are different, but are all on topmost rank.

24. The teachings by great scholars, priests and warriors, help to give a useful study on humanity.

25. Practice of meditation leads to the direct perception of God and brings only God realization.

26. Righteousness, wisdom, glory and dispassion added with supernatural powers are held in high esteem.

27. The king or Minister should protect their people with devotion to duty and avoid all sinful pursuits.

28. The Quality and Quantity of men and material must be convincing and acceptable.

29. Death is having no partiality, recommendation, flattery and bribery, but it is common to all born.

30. A follower or devotee with faithful loving, pious character is always liked by masters and disciples.

31. Assuming different forms for carrying on different kinds of good deeds is another excellence of God.

32. Any Science or theorems giving rise to violence, hatred, anger and evils have to be given up.

33. Ultimate creator and designer of the universe is eternal, everlasting and without any comparisons.

34. The virtues of women are beauty, remembrance, fame, intelligence, constancy, forbearance, and speech.

35. Sacred vows and fasts in particular seasons are important as they give cheerfulness and prosperity.

36. Victory, resolution, team, sharing joys, and courage, are all the effects of sportive games.

37. A highly virtuous and the fore most of the wise as a sage, poet, or a wealth status are always great.

38. Moral conduct, acting as taming rod, following just path, and righteousness are all needed for victory.

39. Nobody should have an idea that happenings in the world take place with their efforts only.

40. The glory of the extraordinary genius power of excellence cannot be easily assessed by ordinary man.

41. Manifestation with strength, elegance, power, brilliance energy and valour are limits of grandeur.

42. Intelligent people grasp thoroughly on everything, when it is taught by a noble teacher.
