Gita Chapter 9 - Glory

-Krishna preaches freedom from the bondage of worldly life through chanting His name and practices the yoga of renunciation.

1. Avoid the acts of Disparaging men possessing good merits, false blaming and finding fault with virtues.

2. All knowledge, secret and great science must be taught to only persons who practice them virtuously.

3. Any amount of aimless and undedicated performance of work, without faith is always useless.

4. The existence of all beings in the universe is not due to any individual, but it rests on God only.

5. Great men do the prescribed jobs ever sustaining without exhibiting anything as his job.

6. Creation, existence and dissolution of beings in the Universe are all activities of Almighty GOD.

7. Divinity descends to the earth from primordial nature again and again to have another cycle.

8. Everyone is bound to receive the results of their actions one day or other in one's life period.

9. Performance of actions done without any attachment results in impartial justice.

10. The seeds sown get its existence and activity definitely, under the supervision of supreme God.

11. Understanding the glory of creations in this world is not within the reach of a common man.

12. Whatever sacrifice or ritual performed without faith by low minded persons will not bring fruits.

13. Realising the Truth is correct understanding of the prime source of all happenings in the universe.

14. Devotion is the mixture of offering worship, deep faith, much reverence and chanting of God's names.

15. Character and activities of mind, body and senses are to be stable for ever.

16. Every ritual, sacrifice, oblation, healing herb, mantra, and offerings are the manifestation of GOD.

17. God is pure and purifying, sacred and worth knowing and who awards the fruits of all actions.

18. Every action of past, present and future, in any part of the universe at any time is under the vigil of God.

19. Everything must be good like Sun taking water from ocean as vapor and then send the same as rain.

20. Performance of any action done with good intention and principles are sure to attain heavenly pleasures.

21. Men having realized the Truth as a goal of their life are never born in this world again.

22. Persons who dwell in great faith are sure to get full security and personal attention.

23. Faith, worship or prayer to GOD with a good purpose and trust enable to get desired effects.

24. God is only one and Supreme power responsible for creation, sustaining and destruction in the universe.

25. Any ritual or ceremony to ancestors, divinities and spirits is one way of worshipping God.

26. God accepts all offerings of flower, fruit, water done with love and pure clear mind.

27. Various forms of penance, oblation to the sacred fire, and bestowing as a gift must be in one faith.

28. Acts of virtue done with an interested motive brings great happiness through liberation of body.

29. There should not be any partiality or prejudice against anyone in public activities or services.

30. The persons who rectified their defects and realized it in due course are granted pardon.

31. If one embraces Dharma wholeheartedly, Dharma will then give eternal peace with more bountiful gifts.

32. Persons of all faith, communities, and any system of principles and beliefs can easily surrender to GOD.

33. Human birth is rare for the good merits done and so thanks to God with continuous noble deeds.

34. On complete obeisance and selfless devotion, Supreme power of excellence can be experienced.
